- The retendering for 4 Extra Care schemes at a total value of £813,235 per annum. This represents £5,692,645 for the total contract period (3+2+2 years – extensions are at the Council’s discretion with the ability to vary and give notice throughout the lifetime of the contract) and will be adjusted for future inflationary uplifts.
