The bidder has requested an amendment to the original Heads of Terms to replace the original purchaser to a new purchaser. Recommendation was to exchange contract on the terms as substantially drafted within the draft Heads of Terms (Appendix 1) and Plan 7 and it maintains this bid remains the best consideration. It was agreed to change name of purchaser to allow the process of the sale to continue under the exclusivity agreement and in line with best consideration.
