To Create a 4 way traffic light junction on the junction of Hartford Road, Primrose Lane and the Riverside Car Park.     
On that junction multiple times a day we see near misses because of drivers pulling out of the Car park and/or Primrose lane. The current traffic lights in place on the crossing to the left of the entrance/exit of the Riverside Car park cause vehicles to backup Infront the the Riverside Car Park which we then see vehicles exiting the car park forcing their way in to the queue of traffic.

So I believe that the use of 4 way traffic light system controlling traffic on the junction would make motorists journeys safer in that area, I also believe it will allow pedestrians to have a safer path to cross the entrance to the riverside car park and Primrose lane and it will continue to help pedestrians cross the current standing crossing.
