1. Changes to Committee Membership

To note the appointment of Councillor Peter Fane as the Vice Chair of the Health Scrutiny Committee by Council on 16 December 2025.

To note the appointment of Councillor Stefan Fisher as member of the committee on 3 December 2025, succeeding Councillor Andy Osborn. Councillor Osborn was appointed a substitute member of the committee on 4 December 2025.
