Notification of the Chair and Vice Chair of the Health Scrutiny Committee 2026/27 and Changes to Committee Membership
The committee is asked to note:
- The appointment of Councillor L Dewey-Beckett as a member of the committee on 15 May 2026, succeeding Councillor L Dupré.
- The appointment of Councillor L Dupré as a substitute member of the committee on 15 May 2026, succeeding Councillor K Young.
- The appointment of Councillor L Dewey-Beckett as Chair of the Health Scrutiny Committee for 2026/27 by Council on 19 May 2026.
- The appointment of Councillor P Fane as Vice Chair of the Health Scrutiny Committee for 2026/27 by Council on 19 May 2026.
- The appointments of Councillors S Fisher and J Wells as substitute members of the committee on 21 May 2026.

Appointment of Non-Voting Co-opted Members of the Health Scrutiny Committee 2026/27
The committee is invited to appoint the following councillors as non-voting co-opted members of the Health Scrutiny Committee 2026/27:
- Councillor A Bulat, Huntingdonshire District Council. Substitute member Councillor S Claffey
- Councillor K Horgan, East Cambridgeshire District Council, substitute member to be confirmed
- Councillor C Hubbard, South Cambridgeshire District Council. Substitute member Councillor C Garvie
- Councillor Dr H Nawaz, Fenland District Council. Substitute member Councillor Mrs D Laws
- Cambridge City Council nominee to be confirmed
