We, the residents of Cambridgeshire, demand that any and all proposals which would incur a congestion charge, be rejected outright.

We feel that we are still not being listened to, even after we were invited to, and engaged in, the "Making Connections" consultation.

The outcome of the "Making Connections" consultation stated that 58% of us did not want congestion charging.

The Greater Cambridgeshire Partnership have refused to adhere to this outcome. This is despite the fact that this has cost a small fortune in public funds.

ANY congestion charge scheme would have an extremely adverse effect on residents and businesses and the city itself, as evidenced already. 

We, the residents, want and need some semblance of stability, therefore we now call on you, as our local county councillors, to reject any and all forms of congestion charging.
